Position Overview

A private business group is seeking a highly disciplined and experienced recently retired Pakistan Army SSG Officer or Pakistan Navy SSG/SEAL Officer to lead corporate security, executive protection, private security recruitment, agency coordination, training, and confidential administrative support.

Eligibility Criteria

• Recently retired Captain or Major from Pakistan Army SSG.
• Recently retired Lieutenant or Lieutenant Commander from Pakistan Navy SSG/SEAL.
• Must have retired within the last 3 years.
• Maximum age limit: 40 years.
• A valid passport is mandatory for accompanying senior management on international business trips.
• Proven experience in VIP protection, close protection, tactical security, security planning, or sensitive operations.
• Clean service record with strong integrity and discipline.
• Physically fit and medically fit for executive protection duties.
• Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide close protection during official movements, meetings, site visits, business engagements, and travel.
• Accompany senior management on domestic and international trips when required.
• Conduct security assessments, advance checks, route planning, and movement coordination.
• Recruit, interview, vet, and headhunt retired armed forces personnel for private security and executive protection roles.
• Build and manage a reliable network of ex-forces guards and security staff.
• Deal with private security agencies, including shortlisting, contracting, performance review, replacement, and termination.
• Train all security personnel in discipline, conduct, communication, emergency response, escort protocol, and professional security standards.
• Manage security personnel’s residence, attendance, discipline, skills development, grooming, and operational readiness.
• Develop security SOPs for office, residence, travel, project sites, and executive movements.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, legal advisors, security agencies, and relevant authorities when required.
• Handle confidential administrative, legal, and personal assistance assignments.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding employer, family, business, and operational matters.
